We would like to apologize to those that got the couple of email messages and weren't able to view the video. Found out the problem is an issue with html being viewed in the program.

Here are 2 workarounds for that. If you are using Outlook in the message go to Other Actions:View in Browser and everything works fine or you can just click on the url link below.
